RETURNS
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure your item is returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and packaging (including the gift box).
- We offer a store credit only for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are not available unless the item is deemed faulty. - All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
- Sale and Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@casaalba.co.nz with the following:
- Your proof of purchase (order number is sufficient)
- A brief description of the fault
- A clear photo of the item
- Most cases will require the item to be returned to us for assessment. Once your piece has been carefully assessed and confirmed as faulty, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Please note: this does not include fading, tarnishing, or damage caused by misuse. Our jewellery is delicate and designed to be worn with care. We recommend following our care guidelines to keep your piece in its best condition.
